Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Heritage Bluegrass, we take pride in creating thoughtfully designed garments inspired by timeless style, quality craftsmanship, and lasting wear. We want you to feel confident in every purchase and are committed to providing a fair and straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Because each item is carefully inspected and prepared before shipment, we ask that all customers review the sizing information and product details before placing an order.

 

Return Eligibility

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, items must be returned in their original condition and must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and unused

• Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, damage, or signs of wear

• Have all original tags, labels, and packaging included

• Be returned in a condition suitable for resale

We reserve the right to inspect all returned merchandise before approving a refund. Items that do not meet our return requirements may be rejected and returned to the customer.

 

How to Request a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at heritagebluegrassllc@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

• Your full name

• Your order number

• The item(s) you wish to return

• The reason for your return

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions for returning your item.

Please do not send merchandise back without first contacting us, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.

 

Return Shipping

Unless an item is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, particularly for higher-value purchases. Heritage Bluegrass is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, damaged, or delayed while in transit to us.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error on our part.

 

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your return.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to be processed after your return has been approved. Depending on your financial institution, additional time may be required for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, and other non-product-related charges are generally non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

We understand that finding the right fit is important, particularly when purchasing clothing online.

Eligible items may be exchanged for a different size, subject to product availability.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at heritagebluegrassllc@gmail.com and provide your order number and the size you would like to exchange.

The requested exchange item cannot be guaranteed until your original item has been received and inspected. If the requested size or item is no longer available, we may offer one of the following options:

• A refund to your original payment method

• Store credit

• An alternative available size or item

Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with an exchange. Heritage Bluegrass may cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to the customer at our discretion.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange:

• Final sale items

• Clearance or marked-down items designated as non-returnable

• Gift cards

• Personalized, customized, or made-to-order items

• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

• Items returned without their original tags or packaging

• Items that do not meet our return condition requirements

For hygiene and quality-control reasons, certain products may also be designated as non-returnable. Any such restrictions will be clearly identified on the applicable product page whenever possible.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at heritagebluegrassllc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the item

• Photographs of the packaging, when relevant

Please do not return a damaged, or incorrect item before contacting us.

If we determine that the issue resulted from an error or defect attributable to Heritage Bluegrass, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, repair, store credit, or refund.

 

Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift and it meets our return eligibility requirements, please contact us for assistance.

Eligible gift returns may be issued as store credit or exchanged for another available item. Refunds to the original payment method can generally only be issued to the original purchaser.

 

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If an order is refused, returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier, we may issue a refund for the merchandise after the returned package has been received and inspected.

Original shipping costs and any return-to-sender or carrier fees may be deducted from the refund where applicable.

 

Limited Releases and Special Collections

Certain limited-edition, seasonal, collaborative, or specially produced pieces may have different return or exchange terms due to limited inventory or the nature of production.

Any special conditions will be clearly stated on the applicable product page at the time of purchase.

 

Changes to This Policy

Heritage Bluegrass reserves the right to update or modify this Returns & Exchanges Policy at any time. Any changes will apply to orders placed after the updated policy is published on our website.
